Main Arrivals Area At Palma Airport – Simple Overview

Once you have successfully reclaimed your luggage from the ‘Baggage Reclaim’ area, you will need to then make your way to the exit doors that lead you to the main Arrivals area at Palma De Mallorca airport. Obviously, if you are only travelling with hand luggage, you can make your way to the main Arrivals area as soon as you have cleared Passport Control inside the terminal building.

The Main Arrivals Area at Palma De Mallorca airport is where all passengers need to go to exit the terminal building and continue their onward journey. Outside the Main Arrivals are is where you will find all the different forms of transfer such as car hire, public buses and Taxis. If you are on a package holiday and have transfer included, this is where you will be greeted by your Representative. If you have somebody coming to the airport to collect you, or have pre arrange pickup, the Main Arrivals area is where they will be waiting for you.

There are four exit doors from the ‘Baggage Reclaim’ area that all lead to the main Arrivals area and these are exits A,B,C & D. There is an Exit E but this is located at the far end of the terminal and most passengers will exit through A,B,C & D. It really does not matter which exit door you choose, as they all lead into the main Arrivals. All you have to do is pick the exit which is closest to your carousel or the gate that you entered the ‘Baggage Reclaim’ area from.

As you enter the ‘Baggage Reclaim’ area, Exits A & B are at the far right of the terminal, Exit C is situated in the middle of the terminal and exits D & E are to the left.

Depending on what time you arrive at the airport, you may find that some of the exits are closed at certain times during the day so you will need to use one of the other exit doors.

Please Note: The reference ‘Left & Right’ in  the list below, is refferred to as if you were walking through the Exit doors from the ‘Baggage Reclaim’ area into the main Arrivals area at Palma airport.

Exit A:

Exit A is situated at the far end of the main arrivals hall.

To the right of ‘Exit A’ is the exit door to the Fairground.

In front of Exit A is the Café Sa Cola and the exit to the Taxis, public buses, coaches and ferries.

To the left of Exit A is: Jumbo Tours, Cosmas, Thomson, public toilets and public phones, Acciona Airport Services, Air Berlin Lost & Found, Iberia Airport Services, Air Europa Baggage Services and Information.

There are also Exits B,C,D &E to the left of Exit A

Exit B

To the Right of ‘Exit B’, you will find Exit A and all the facilities listed under Exit A.

In front of Exit B you will find the following desks: NT Incoming, Thomas Cook and you will also find the exit to the public buses and taxis.

To the left of Exit B isResort Hoppa, Urbis, Altura Destination Services, European Airport Transfers Majorca Airport Transfers, Leomar, MTT Mallorca, Time Travel, Vanity Welcome, Inkaria, Yebenes Tour SL and Side Tours, Number 3 outer exit doors to Taxis and public transport, Mallorca Tourist Information (open 8.30 – 20.00 week days – 09.00 – 13.30 Sundays), Ready To Eat Café, Record Go and Enterprise car hire.

Exit C (middle of the Palma De Mallorca airport Arrivals terminal)

To the right you will find all the facilities, desks and companies that are listed under Exits A & B.

Directly in front of Exit C is the main Information desk and also the Exit number 4 that leads to the public buses, Taxis, coaches and Meeting point.

To the left of Exit C you will find several car hire desks such as Hertz, Avis, Budget, Goldcar, Sixt and Europcar. Across from Exit C to the left is ‘The Market’ which sells a variety of goods such as newspapers, magazines, water, soft drinks, beer, crisps, nuts, biscuits, chocolate, sweets, cake, bread, travel accessories, gifts, meats, ice cream and luggage.

Also to the left of Exit C you have a number of tour operators desks such as All Tours, Kontiki, Soltour, Europali, Smilo, World Service, Moltona, Universal, Viajes Mijura, Fram, Welcome Incoming Services, Travel Plan Welcome Beds, NT Incoming, Ibero Service, Upaando.com, Airpours, Incoming Plus, EMMA Neckermann Service.

Between Exits C & D is the ‘Lost Property desk. This is open 08.00 – 14.00 Monday – Friday

Exit number 5 is also to the left of Exit D, which leads outside to the public buses, taxis and coaches.

To the right of Exit D, are all the facilities listed under Exits A,B & C.

Opposite Exit D is ‘Open Travel Service and Exit number 6 which leads outside to taxis, public buses and coaches. There are also several tour operators desks located opposite Exite D and these are TUI (Thomson), Discount Travel, Berge & Meer, Robinsons, Airtours.

To the left of Exit D are several desks such as: Hotel Beds, Marmara, Nouvelles Frontieres, Guilet Touristik, Shuttle Trasunion.

There are also Toilets to the left and the ‘Sala Lounge Baber’

Exit E

Exit E is located at the far end of the terminal building and to the right you have all the facilities listed under Exits A,B,C & D.

In front of Exit E is Exit number 7 which leads outside to the public buses, coaches and Taxis. The ‘Sala Lounge Baber’ is also in front of Exit E.
